This painting is one of the examples of the things that an artist can think for, just outside the box. It shows the Shiva, one of the Hindu gods as NATARAJ, which means as a GOD OF DANCE. This particular pose is also known as Tandava pose as its a dance of destruction. Shiva is one of the Trimurti and symbolically referred as God of destruction. As you can see, this is the modern form of the original Nataraja statue and it feels that it is made out of nuts and bolts along with the forms around the statue, who looks like worshippers and are bowing down to respect, greet and show their gratitude towards him. The figures and the fore ground have been done in black and white hues whereas the background is yellow, orangish which gives the feel of the fire that burns bright and resides in the mighty form.
